Project partners, developers and contractors report their progress to create The Banks Project Reports. In particular, each report covers planning, design and construction progress for the various phases. Appendices document results for each period in budget together with print and electronic media mentions. Reports for The Banks Project also document economic inclusion results. BUDGET
54.2% of Phase IIIC budget expended and the Public Partnership’s construction projects remains within budget.
SAFETY
972,925 Public infrastructure construction hours worked without a lost-time incident for all phases.
1,154,004 Developer construction safety hours for all phases.
INCLUSION
28% Overall construction participation for all phases by Small Business Enterprises (vs. 30% goal).
16.03% Combined Minority and Female workforce participation for Phase IIIC.
SCHEDULE
All critical milestones of the public infrastructure construction have been met.

Explore The Banks developer website here.
Learn more about the Andrew J. Brady Music Center here, a state-of-the-art music venue that will feature a diverse mix of up-and-coming artists as well as longtime favorites. The year-round facility will host up to 170 events annually and will include an outdoor stage for concerts and festivals in the park adjacent to the venue. The ICON’s proximity to The Banks restaurants, retail and hotels will make attending a concert a park-once experience.
