15.4% of Phase IIIC budget expended and the Public Partnership’s construction projects remains within budget.

SAFETY
956,369.5 Public infrastructure construction hours worked without a lost-time incident for all phases.

1,153,013.25 Developer construction safety hours for all phases.

INCLUSION
29.5% Overall construction participation for all phases by Small Business Enterprises (vs. 30% goal).

22.97% Combined Minority and Female workforce participation for Phase IIIC.

SCHEDULE
All critical milestones of the public infrastructure construction have been met.

Learn more about the Andrew J. Brady Music Center here, a state-of-the-art music venue that will feature a diverse mix of up-and-coming artists as well as longtime favorites.
