99.4% of Phase IIIC budget expended and the Public Partnership’s construction projects remains within budget.

Total Public expenditures to date $13,261,924.23.

SAFETY
994,702 Public infrastructure construction hours worked without a lost-time incident for all phases.

1,154,004.25 Developer construction safety hours for all phases.

Combined total hours 2,148,706.25.

INCLUSION
27.6% Overall construction participation for all phases by Small Business Enterprises (vs. 30% goal).

18.80% Combined Minority and Female workforce participation as reported by hours for January 1, 2022, through February 28, 2026, for Phase IIIC.


Paycor Stadium Renovations
Small Business Enterprise participation November 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, is 4.8% (overall goal of 20%). $272,600 has been paid to the SBE contractors.

Learn more about the Andrew J. Brady Music Center here, a state-of-the-art music venue that will feature a diverse mix of up-and-coming artists as well as longtime favorites. The year-round facility will host up to 170 events annually and will include an outdoor stage for concerts and festivals in the park adjacent to the venue. The Brady Music Center’s proximity to The Banks restaurants, retail and hotels will make attending a concert a park-once experience.
